Coast Kitchen Bar and Terrace is a vibrant family-friendly restaurant in Hayle, Cornwall, offering a welcoming sanctuary for all ages to enjoy. As well as regular opening hours, we also host a range of special and one-off events throughout the year, including Sunday roasts, quiz nights, seasonal celebrations, private hire and more. Particularly popular with local mums and dads, we also host parent and toddler soft play drop-in mornings with coffee and cake each Wednesday. Christmas Parties & Functions

Our 3-course set menu is available for just £33.95 per adult or £16.95 per child during our regular opening hours, or we can open especially for groups of 20 or more (subject to availability).
Or fancy a more lively evening? Join us for one of our Christmas party nights, along with other local groups, with food and a DJ included until midnight for only £38.95 per adult. Saturday 12th or 19th December 2026.

Parent and Toddler Drop-In Wednesdays
If you’re thinking about things to do in Cornwall with kids, then why not consider our dedicated children’s soft play area? A brilliant indoor activity for year-round fun, our kid’s soft play is ideal for children aged up to 5 years old. Enjoy some of our delicious coffee and cake, meaning you can sit back, relax and treat yourself while the nippers have a ball. If you are planning a child’s birthday party, our soft play in Hayle is also available for private hire.
